Today's Plan:
Breakfast: Oat Bran & Grapefruit
Lunch: Leftover chickpea hummus wraps. (oh my gosh they are so good)
Dinner: Curried potatoes and peas over rice

Stuck to the plan. Had an apple after dinner.
