Yesterday:
b - oatmeal with banana and brown sugar
s - rice cakes, apple
l - butternut, potatoes
s - rice cakes, apple
d - oatmeal with brown sugar and apple

Today(1st February):

b - oatmeal with banana, brown sugar and dried cranberies
s- apple, banana, rice cakes, apple juice
l/d - white rice, green peas
s - pumpernickels, banana

Exercise: 20 min stepper,

s - apples
l - pumpernickels
s - banana
d - butternut, quinoa, green peas

My teeth are not so sensitive anymore :) Usually when I ate apples and then after some time start eating other food my teeth hurt, but now don't hurt even a little. :)

I finally stopped eating sugar, chocolate, wheat, apples, dried fruit,..., but I still have a little fear of losing weight... But because my digestion is better I can eat more of the right foods. :)

B: 2 bananas, oatmeal+flaxseed
S: oatmeal+flaxseed
L: polenta
D: brown rice, instant oatmeal, green peas
