Thanks everyone for the encouragement.I love this web-site and all of you.I don't want to pat myself on the back yet,as I may let it go to my head,and go off the program,which I can't do.It takes too much to get back in the mindset of eating this way.

I fell crashed BUT I didn't burn.The last few days have been sad foods and coffee,more than usual.I am still here and going to continue eating healthy.Christmas is done,time to move on.RAS

Hi Rosie, You are doing great.You are also a great motivater.
Grabbed a bag from the refrig.last night....thought it had my dinner...NOT...It had about 10 baked potatoes in it already cooked for use during the week. :eek: Oh well I am glad it was McDougall healthy!So that is what I ate last night 1 potatoe,tea and lots of water.RAS
