Great reading on the FBS. Mine are going down too - 110 yesterday, which is good for me. If you could eliminate the morning snack, you might do better still - also I think it is always great to up the green veggies, especially leafy greens. It will be interesting to see if the fbs continues down.

Hello!Day # 15
11p-9a Baby carrots for crunch. Tea and 2 nuked potatoes
10am- Potatoes O'brien
Made a large pot of Garlic Soup, which I also added cabbage and chopped frozen collard green. Yum
1pm Bowl of above soup. I used 32oz.size of pkg.veggie broth(processed) to make the soup, but I held the 4T soy sauce that it called for,+ added more water for soup consistency.
D- Brussell sprouts with small amt.of mustard

Goal for next week: Add more green veggies.I'll weigh myself tomorrow, when I get back to day shifts again.Clothes are looser. RAS

FBS and diet are looking good. Great work. I just checked your starting point of the challenge - FBS of 197. That is a very impressive drop. Diabetics here should take note.

HI RAS<

YAY your fasting Blood sugar Dorp is very impressive.

IS it due to the removal of the salts and sugars or Oils? or all of them? Does anyone know?
