I have noticed a trend. My weight stops totally when I add bread to my diet...Glad I am not a big bread fan...did seek out some good bread for my husband who can tolerate the slow down..he has lost more weight than I in a shorter time frame...so found some Pumpernickel..oil , dairy and egg free at a local bakery...surprised to see the owners name was also McDougall..not related I think...so it's back on the vegie, legumes, whole grain train for me...
