Oatmeal 3/4 cup

Lunch -
1.5 cup rice
1 cup garbanzo bean thingy I made Tuesday

cantaloupe
Dinner -
not sure yet, son birthday dinner. =)
Ok so here is how it panned out!!
salad with rice vinager
3 pieces white french bread, no butter or anything on it
1/2 cup Strawberry Sorbet
Snack -
baked tofu about 80 calaries 1/4 of a package
Strawberries
not the best day, but I have done worse.
