I wouldn't worry. If it bothers someone, he or she can stay off your thread, right? You continue to post and be honest. Working toward 100% is better than giving up.

Hello me! So far so...well... Ok. Alot of great changes but still finding myself not 100%. but you know before this diet / lifestyle I never ate fruit or veg.... Lacto ovo vegetarian... I laugh. The junk you can still eat! At least now I go out of my way to eat fruits and veggies every day. Soon I will be 100%. I think I will create a new journal then.

Last weigh in; 164.8. (Nov 16) Okay ... but not good enough. Oh well, I know once I am 100% it will fall off.... Just looking for some more motivation ..something has to click...

I can tell you this...not enjoying anxiety and abnormal heart rate... Actually scaring me...and the fatigue. :(

Back later... :)

Weather is cold, lips are soooo chapped...went to body shop and got lip balm & cocoa butter & some eye wrinkle roll on. I'm finding I am not getting enough sleep and my undereye looks terrible. I think I have aged 10 years in the past 3! Don't get me wrong, love my son more than anything, but I sure miss a good nights sleep!

B- baked taters w/salsa & ketchup , small cup of coffee w/coconut creamer & tsp sugar

Back later w/ menu update :)

NEWSTART

Postby BeansNRice » Sun Dec 04, 2011 12:27 pm

Well, considering how terrible I have been eating, a 2 pound loss over the past month ain't half bad.

I am re-committing myself. I feel like an idiot coming back here every few months and doing this, but at least I keep trying right..

I need to focus on more green veggies. I need to cut out coffee. I will cut down alcohol from 1-2 glasses per night, to 1-2 glasses per week or less. Choosing this time of year to start will be tough, but will almost be like a test!

I have cut coffee intake from 1-2 cups to 1/2 cup per day, will do this for the next week then switch to green tea.

I need support. If anyone out there reading this can offer me support, will be greatly appreciated. :D

today:
B- 1/2 cup coffee with splash of silk, tsp sugar, 3 small red baked taters w/roated red pepper, salsa & ketchup
L- homeade veggie soup (carrots/taters/onion/garlic/corn/peas/spinach & veg broth)
D- going shopping today - probaby chili beans on brown rice w/lettuce, tomato & salsa
S- mostly thawed frozen berries, wasa crackers w/homeade chickpea/roasted red pepper spread

I looooove breads, so I will be somewhere in between MWL & regular plan as I will have the odd slice of sprouted grain, no fat added vegan bread. I will not indulge in oils, high fat veg, nuts/seeds or any processed soy products. (although on a rare occasion I might add a little veggie ground round to spaghetti)

I have to find a simple meal plan that I enjoy at least a little or I will fall off. I have to have food around me, ready to eat. I know this, I just have to follow it! :duh:

Off we go!!
