Good luck to you!! it is hard to do this WOE, but then again, it becomes so easy after your taste buds change!!
Nice about that doctor going low fat vegan!!
I have lost about 60 lbs and never thought I'd be in the 150s ever again. cured my NAFLD!! Feel great!! Wt loss is so good for the knees and back, ankle, that I know I will never start back to the SAD way of eating again.

Thanks Carollynne! Must admit I feel much better today after last night's small meltdown. Ready to get with it!

Breakfast:

1/4 c rice
1/4 c black beans
1/2 c frozen spinach
all sauteed in water with 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce

Lunch:

Potpourri of veggies w/balsamic
baked potato
1/3 oz cashews

I know cashews are not on MWL, but maybe I need to babystep into this more gradually.

Anyway, thanks for listening :)
