Kirk, you're back!! Terrific!

Can't wait to read how you are doing. I'm glad that the weight continued to come off this last year and also glad that you are friends with potato again. (Potato was really missing you.) Glad to hear that Jeanette is doing well, too.

Kirk, welcome back! - not that you know me, haha! But I really benefit from the posts of those who have been here for a long time, and I look forward to hearing more about you and your progress.

Sounds like you have done amazingly well in spite of obstacles, and I look forward to giving your former journal a read when I have some free time :)

It's about time you got back to this!!!! I almost wrote a note to you last week, now I wish I had. Yep, it's time to finish what you started. You are such a long way down the road it would be a shame to not complete this journey. It was clear in your last posts your heart wasn't in it the way it was at the start. I hope you can re-kindle the excitement again. Losing some weight will help with that. Time to knuckle down and go for it.
