Well i started on May 16, my weight was 223 and I felt generally crappy about myself. My current weight is 210 and i'm taking this one day at a time. I still sin alittle with coffee in the morning and a (single) beer in the evening sometimes, but I'm doing good i think. Dr. Mcdougall says in the book that you should expect to loss around 13-15 lbs per month. So i'm already there , i just need to do more cardio work. I always see my biggest losses in weight after i cut my lawn. I know it's water but i never gain it back, so if i cut lawn on a daily basis I would be skinny as a rail lol
anyway my ideal bodyweight should be 180ish so 30lbs to go.
