Hi Vanessa,
The oats I use are the steal cut oats. Here is a link to some recipes from fatfreevegan- http://fatfreevegan.com/blog/category/breakfasts/
Don't oil your crockpot. I just soaked mine all day and everything came out. For exercise I enjoy doing turbo jam. I like to dance so this is great for me. In the past I've done Power 90 and enjoyed that too. I also enjoy lifting weights. What do you like to do?
Just had to post this- Just got done working out!
Have a great day!

Feeling better. Sore throat is going away. Still drinking lots of water(1 gallon a day! ). This week I am really pushing for getting my 6 days a week of work outs. This feels really great when I am done. No one ever says I wish I didn't just do that.

Hard day for me today. I have a head cold and as the day went on, the more I felt sick. Was also craving heavy foods and the fact that I did not plan what I was eating the night before. So the lesson that I can take away from this is that I need to plan on eating MWL or it wont happen.
Nov 9:
B:PB & J on sprouted bread, coffee
L: green salad, potato
S: potato
D: fake chicken patty on w.w. bun
Moving forward with a plan!

Had a hard day today. Fell off plan and ate a bunch of stuff i should not have. On the ride home, I started to think about my mom and how I can't help her. I guess feeling frustrated and needing some "comfort" from an old friend- food. The good news is that I am here now and I'm still moving forward. Planning to have a great day for tomorrow
