Thanks

Weekends mess me up on my journaling.
Had a stomach bug last week, so have been eating cream of wheat and rice milk for most meals the last few days.
This morning I had cream of wheat,
making the brown rice for dinner.
I cleaned out my pantry in the back room , have five bags of food to donate to the local food bank this week. Beans, veggies, rice.
Gonna be hot hot hot today.
L will be oatmeal
D brown rice and veggies
