Lunch
Brown rice = $0.15 170 cal.
turnip greens (1/2 package) = $0.50 50 cal.
Mixed vegetables (1/2 package) = $0.50 120 cal.
Lunch total = $1.15 340 cal.
Dinner
Chili = $0.65. 305 cal.
Spinach = $0.37 14 cal.
Cherry tomatoes = $0.19. 10 cal.
Corn tortilla baked into chips = $0.25 60 cal.
Dinner total = $1.46 389 cal.
Snack
Apple = $0.30 90 cal.
Total for day = $3.51 929 cal.
Rather light on the calories, but since most of today is being spent in bed knocked out by Tylanol 3, I don't need that many calories.
BTW: I'm writing this post on my iPad. It's alot easier to type one handed and post with a touch screen than try to mouse left handed
