L: Brown rice, tofu, steamed veggies, green tea YUM!
what 100% felt like: yesterday was difficult -- I was faced with emotional eating, but I kept it McDougall-legal... and today was 1.5 pounds lighter on the scale - now I'm sure that wasn't from only yesterday's efforts - but it didn't hurt I'm sure. In addition, slept well, calmer emotions today and all around feel pretty proud of myself which goes a long way toward ignoring off-plan foods.
Off to lunch with a vegan friend. Looking forward to veggies and a cup of hot tea
