Good job, RAS!! I need to clean up my diet. Too many higher fat items making their way in. Maybe I should get back to reading the journals here. It's always motivating to see someone else doing what I want to do and accomplishing what I want to accomplish! Thanks for the great example.

Yes Anna,I put the rice in the salad..I don't mind it cold..This way I can also eat or like it better as I don't use salt when cooking...& rice and oatmeal to me taste blah with out it...I've been using up my ff salad dressings, before I make the 3-2-1. RAS

Your food looks great. I hope it inspires me to adhere more closely. I kind of want to and yet I don't have that "I've hit bottom" desperation where I'm willing to do anything. Oh well, it'll come when it's comes. Meanwhile, I can come here and gain inspiration from you.
Thanks!

Has the MM helped reduce your cravings? It helped tremendously with mine. Didn't even crave chocolate that time of month.

I've got a follow up with my doctor, complete with bloodwork for cholesterol again, in September. This is motivating me to stay on the path so I can blow his socks off with my weight loss and improvements in blood pressure and cholesterol. If we don't prove it to the doctors, who will?!
