At my day job,the family lives on sad foods.& they bring in meals for us too.Yesterday she brought in for breakfast chicken bisquits.I put it in my purse and thanked her.Thru in out when I got home.Today again she brought the same in..but it was calling me big time I could smell it too. Almost was tempted told myself eat the oatmeal,& cherries and if you were still hungry will see. Put it in the garbage right then,was full after my oatmeal.I am glad I did this as I would have felt terrible for eating it healthwise and guilt wise.(and the thing is the chicken is not all that good,from having it befor.& I would have allowed a binge to start. Yea me!!!
