Thanks Lovekale!! I have been having several good days. After listen to Mike on youtube I have given up the oil and am doing great. I actually never thought I used much oil, but it looks like it was sneeking in.

Hey I love your plain and simple fares listed, like mine too.
You go girl!! it is your life, your body, and no one bur you gets to decide what you put into to it for nourishment either!! Take charge and live it up!!
feeling so much better on this plan than ever before too.
I have lost about 60 lbs and never thought I'd be in the 150s ever again. cured my NAFLD!! Feel great!! Wt loss is so good for the knees and back, ankle, that I know I will never start back to the SAD way of eating again.

Hi Carollynne~ Thank you for your post! I have been locked out of my account since Saturday. And of course the office staff have been off for the long weekend as well. So could not post. Now I know this does not seem like me, but they went back to my old account. Oh, well!! Glad to be back. =)

Thanks Mrs. D! Yeah I don't think any one knows who I am. On Saturday the site would not let me log in so I wrote to them. Well, they found this old user name that I had years ago and gave me a password for it. I told them that I had a new user name, but for some reason they could not find it. So here I am with a new beginning. =) I am glad you are back, I missed you. I did my best when we had our no processed food challenge going, but that became a mess.
