So since i had salt and oil last night for dinner today has been sooooo hard and I have not done well. But I am posting it no matter what. Tomorrow I am starting a no processed food, because I do better that way. I do have a dinner tomorrow at a friends house, but I am taking both a veggie salad and a fruit salad should be able to stay where I need to with that.
Breakfast-
Oats, walnuts, cranberries and a splash of soy milk
Lunch -
Almonds, =( feeding that fat machine agh!!
Dinner -
not really hungry, not sure but if I eat something I will come back and post.
Snack -
Hummus, store bought and had oil in it =( and pita
I hate the sad faces. No more!! I am done!!
