Only going to weigh on Friday this week, not going to measure anything, just eat till comfortable. I have a hard time just eating when hungry, I think I need to have more control and weigh and measure food. So here we go.....

Breaky -
Oatmeal

Lunch -
Watermelon
Huge salad

Dinner -
rice and veggies. Also beans

Ok, got up this morning and thought what should I have for Breakfast. Looked at fb and the first thing I saw was Jeff's post that said "Eat your Oatmeal." So thought wow I better eat my oatmeal. =)

Breakfast -
Oatmeal and Cherries

Lunch -
rice, veggies with beans

Dinner -
Potato not very hungry

Snack -
Watermelon

Green beans and boiled potatoes, with corn on the side.

You know sksamboots, I don't know as I decided to not weigh myself this week till Friday. I have always measured everything I eat and been hungry at times, but tried not to eat. So this week I am not measuring and eating till comfortable. So we will see what happens. Stay tuned! =)

It is not easy that is for sure, Debbie!! I feel really fat tonight. So not expecting great results this week, maybe i will get fooled. =)

Rice, beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, avocado and cherries

Dinner -
vegan veggie taco's, but they were on flour tortilla I ask for corn, but was to dumb to send them back and get the corn. =( And there was oil on the veggies. Another BIG =(

So since i had salt and oil last night for dinner today has been sooooo hard and I have not done well. But I am posting it no matter what. Tomorrow I am starting a no processed food, because I do better that way. I do have a dinner tomorrow at a friends house, but I am taking both a veggie salad and a fruit salad should be able to stay where I need to with that.

Breakfast-
Oats, walnuts, cranberries and a splash of soy milk

Lunch -
Almonds, =( feeding that fat machine agh!!

Dinner -
not really hungry, not sure but if I eat something I will come back and post.

Snack -
Hummus, store bought and had oil in it =( and pita

I hate the sad faces. No more!! I am done!!

Ok, yesterday was a bad day and I am not going to post it. =) moving on and not going to look back.

So here is today

Breakfast - Cantaloupe

Lunch - potato, tomatoes

Dinner - rice, garbanzo beans, broccoli

So I am thinking about starting a 30 challenge, but not really a challenge, but to get me back on track and going in the right direction. Any one want to join me?
