A struggle since Easter : / just that one day messed me totally up....
today I had steal cut oatmeal for breakfast and will eat a big salad for lunch and dinner -
My BP is still ok but is definitely creeping up sooooooo I need to get back on track

I haven’t posted to my journal for almost 10 months wow!! I’ve been mostly on WFPB and mcdougall Facebook forums - thought I should update my progress here - my last post said I fell apart at Easter - which I did but I did got back on track - I had no choice - I want to stay off BP meds and every time I eat SAD my BP goes up - 145/90 -160/99.... it’s so frustrating : / but anyway I’ve been eating WFPBNO and the no oil part helped me dump more weight and change my body - I’m down a total of 70lbs since I started this journey (which if you look at my weigh chart it’s a roller coaster ride) but now I’ve held steady at this weight 144 for a few months - I’m also a size 10 - last March I was a 14 at my worst 18w that was to tight...
At this point I know what to eat and can deal with eating in restaurants - some places are great some suck!!! Some bend over backwards My daughter loves Red Robin which is a hamburger chain -they let me get a side salad and add anything I wanted that was compliant from all the other salads. Some won’t budge at all -
