Well done! That is a truly impressive list of accomplishments! And isn’t it wonderful that your man eats what you fix! Love it!

Thanks Buns! Yes, I am really lucky.

The weather is finally warming up a bit, and my mood is lifting with it. The last few days have been sunny and in the low 60's. My food has been good. I'm working on keeping it really, really simple and it seems to be working. Rice/steamed veggies, potatoes, oatmeal, stir fries, that sort of thing. And most importantly, I'm working on making this just a part of my life, not revolving my life around my "diet" ...maybe that's ultimately the key to making it a lifestyle and not a diet to go on and off of. I live my life. I eat food. I move my body. I'm working on balance. It's working.
