How do you like the treadclimber? How's it compare to the treadmill? Do you feel like you get better results? I wanna know. I have a treadmill but my interest gets peaked whenever I see the ads on TV. Keep on keepin on!

Boots, I love the treadclimber. I use to have a treadmil,l I like the treadclimber so much better. The step part of it can be on level 1 to 10 and really builds muscle and strength in my legs. When I started I could only do 10 minutes tops. I really recommend it and feel its help me lose the extra weight more quickly.

B: oatmeal, strawberries, blueberries
forgot my apple so no snack today :-(
L: split pea soup, mixed green salad
D: roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus, green beans and butternut squash lasagna

115 minutes on treadclimber this morning.
15 minutes on elliptical this afternoon (we have a gym at work)

Some snow last night but not as much as expected, for which I'm very happy :D Maybe the tide is turning.

Most likely because that's all they've heard of recently. The paleo diet gets a ton of publicity, Dr M, not so much...

So the level 1 to 10. I'm not understanding. If you have a treadmill that goes to a 10% incline, is it the same thing?

No, the two treads are independent of each other. The levels are how hard you have to step on each tread, like a step machine. There is no incline it's more about resistance.

I know, paleo seems to be everywhere. One of the women's son is getting a bachelor degree in nutrition and tells her that paleo is the healthiest way to lose. She always is telling me that her son wouldn't agree with how I eat. Not that care, I know that I'm doing the best way of eating.
