Not only new to this forum, but to online forums!
Struggling to control sugar addiction and to lose weight I have gained in past 2 years. Love all the healthy food and do great until late in the day when I crave sweets. Also don't manage my eating well in social situations. After reading the guidelines, I see that I probably don't eat enough starch at lunch. Looking for inspiration and accountability. Grateful for the sharing and support in the forum.
