Protein

Postby Let's Try » Sat Aug 29, 2015 10:54 am

My husband has had MS for over 10 years in addition to diabetes, colitis, heart disease, OA and is in a lot of pain. We are about to begin the MS diet that was suggested by his Internist. I am concerned about getting the right amount of protein in his diet. How much protein is needed in his diet? I also need help in determining portion size. All suggestions appreciated. Thanks..Let's Try

Welcome aboard, Let's Try :)

Unfortunately I can't reply to your questions, but I would recommend you to post your question into the Lounge where much more people can see it. This part of the forum is to try how the functions of the forum works, so this is not checked regularly by a lot of people.

Hope it helps

Dr. McDougall has an excellent video on MS that you and your husband might find helpful:

Also the two videos about Roy Swank - who was curing MS years and years ago - are fascinating.
