Hi everyone ! Newbie from Europe here, I already apologize if my English will not be as perfect as yours. Quite a lot of questions to ask, mainly with reference to the products, which are here totally different compared to the ones which are discussed on the various U.S.A. forums. Really a problem to find products with to vegetable oils added, etc. etc.
I will try this afternoon to post on the "real" forum, asking my questions and waiting for your kind support and answers.
