US Army Changes Fitness Testing

I was trying to explain Easy Strength and the basic human movements to my dad, and just minutes later he handed me the WSJ with the following article:

Squat: Trap bar
Hip hinge: Reverse medicine ball throw
Push: "T" Push ups
Pull: Hanging knee tuck
Loaded Carry: Sled drag and farmer's walk

Train movements, not muscles!
