Shaun T is a beast. His abs are to die for!
On
7/8/2013, I decided to change my diet to a
"mostly" WFPB diet. I have always been somewhat lean and muscular due to being a lifelong exerciser. Change in diet due to feeling crummy all the time despite a healthy outward appearance.

Well, I never actually finished T25, but I've been doing random workouts from it and other Beachbody workouts since I got their On Demand. I also got Shaun T's Cize and that's super fun. But just Monday I started "officially" doing Insanity rather than 1 or 2 Insanity workouts a week in conjunction with other (easier!) workouts. Now it's ALL Insanity.
I'm definitely going to buy Insanity Max 30 when I'm finished. They put a few "sneak peek" Max 30 workouts On Demand and I really like it.
I also really enjoy Shaun's podcast!
