You don't seem to have a place to get technical issues answered. I couldn't remember my password so I got you guys to send me one. I was able to login just fine with that number several times. But it's cumbersome and it's long and I thought I should go in and change my password to something a little bit more user-friendly. So I went to the user control panel went to my profile got to the change the password section, put in the new password that I wanted. In the place where it asked for the old password I put in the one you gave me and it won't recognize that one. Well I don't remember the old one so how can I get my password changed to something easier than the one you sent me any ideas? Thank you
