Its so hard to loose weight. how fast an how much should i loose? how long will it take to loose 20 pounds

Can depend on a couple of variables:
- Adherance
- Lot to loose or little to loose

I would think 1/2-1 lb a week. Some weeks more. Some weeks none. But I don’t want to promise the stars here. It really is related to understanding the guidelines and doing them. It’s incredibly simple, but only works if done (no cheating). Good luck!
