Good morning! I'm starting my McDougall diet monday, january 25--I am super excited! i've been looking at recipes and planning what i'll eat. i looked up overnight oats and they suggested adding chia seeds. they are super healthy, but have 9 grams of fat. i know this diet is super low fat, but do any of you go ahead and have some higher fat items sometimes, like nuts and seeds and avocados?
