Look in the refrigerator section of you local big box grocery store for TortillaLand fresh corn tortillas. They contain no added oil, and are gluten-free. You heat them over a dry hot skillet and they puff up like soft pita bread. Bake them in the oven for crispy shells or chips. Amazing
Wherever you would use a tortilla, pita bread, wrap, pizza crust, you can use these.
