Just dropping in with my success story. Last time I written might have been about 5 years ago. I have always been lean and was looking to put on more muscle. 6 months ago, I decided to go vegan and completely get rid of the dairy. Been putting on more strength than ever though because of the gym shutdown at the moment I may be losing a bit of strength. Thank-you Dr. McDougall and the team and community here!
