The results are undeniable. Very low fat, whole vegan foods for the win! All of his numbers only improved after making drastic changes to his long term standard vegan diet. Just giving up added oils wasn't enough. He had to get off all fatty food, even whole foods that were fatty.
So many feel that as long as you are eating whole foods and vegan, that it's enough...but he just showed that for some people, it's not enough. This is indeed important. And, the fact that his diet change DID fix his issues is proof that diet matters!
