Halfway to Goal

Postby KSEmily » Tue Nov 26, 2013 7:00 am

Hi everyone! Just wanna say that I'm halfway to my ultimate goal of 140 lbs. I started around 240 in May of this year. Got serious McDougalling on Sept 13th at 228 lbs and am already now down to 187. I'm being very strict right now so it's coming off quickly. I haven't been this light since before my first child was born. I was about 178 in 2006 when I got married. 140 would be amazing for me! That would be about my college weight. That goal was almost laughable before but now feels like a real possibility. Thanks everyone, I'll try to post some pics soon, gotta figure out how first..:)

Thanks guys!!

I've been eating lots of brown rice/frozen veggies and lots of beans. I eat oatmeal with or without a banana and cinnamon in it. I've fallen off the wagon the last few days but am trying to get back on. I limit my self to 2 fruits unless it's something very watery like grapes. I can eat several apples also, but I think bananas are more calorie dense so I try to be more careful with those. Basically just very easy because I don't have much time to cook. Rice, beans, veggies, oatmeal and fruit. And some potatoes; yellow, white, and sweet.
