I wanted to mention how inspiring this post is for me. My mother was diagnosed with RA a few years ago. It isn't as bad as yours seemed to be, but still she is in a lot of pain, and having to take a lot of medicines. I am going to forward her the link, and pray that she actually listens. Thank you so much for sharing.

Thanks for the comments and I hope someone gets some help from it. I had a fried suggest I refine it, turn it into an ebook and try to sell it on Amazon, ha! Maybe I can start touring with McD, ha!!

Thanks for sharing "johnled". It's amazing that our SAD is killing our family and friends. Thank God for the Mcdougall plan and other like him.
