Just an update
Hit 30 pounds yesterday
YEAH

Still getting migraines but I am doing so much more now, like mowing and vacuuming and weeding and the migraines are manageable now. I can work through them instead of being laid up for days. So very happy about that. It's nice being productive instead of just lying around feeling guilty
