Latest Numbers!

Postby Bsmith » Fri May 17, 2013 10:08 am

Hello B Smith here!

I do not post much but visit site multiple times a week and find great support, recipes and ideas in general.

I'm going on three years of this WOE, and it is now my life and cannot image living and eating any other way.

I just had my 6 month check up my doctor and myself were both thrilled.

I share this info to convince anyone with any doubt what so ever about this WOE, and its impact on health.

Here are my results.

TC 110
Triglyceride 50mg/DL
HDL 44mg/DL
LDL 56mg/DL

Very Low Density Lipoproteins 10mg/DL
NON-HIGH DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN 66mg/DL
Cholesterol/HDL Risk 0.4
LDL/HDL Risk 0.6
Cholesterol / HDL Ratio 2.50 Ratio
LDL/HDL Ratio 1.27 Ratio

Highly Sensitive CRP 0.4mg/DL

It's a great feeling to be in control of your health and Life. Here's to the great! Dr. McDougall, Dr. Esselstyn, T. Colin Campbell, Rip Esselstyn and the rest that lead the charge in giving the truth to those lucky enough to hear it and smart enough to embrace it.

I for one say Thank You!

Trust me on this: One day you'll wake up and realize that it no longer feels like "being strict." It just feels GOOD. :)

 :-D  :-D :P WOW-SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!! :P :-D  :-D :P

I love when people share their test results. I am also here for weight loss but the big picture is to track those indicators of potentially serious disease. I'm way more impressed to see these figures knowing that weight loss here is accompanied by results that can not be obtained by SAD dieting ever!

I am posting your entire statement to my journal with hopes that my three year hold such a wonderful result for me too. Mostly because I love what you said about being "lucky enough to hear this and smart enough to embrace it". It's a bold and true statement and you certainly deserve to know it's applies to those who stay the course like yourself!

Well done B & best wishes - Michelle

Michelle,

Stay true, stay positive, stay committed and I guarantee the world can't stop you.

I ate it all! I drank it all! If I can do this anybody can.

I've never been so committed and so overwhelming convinced of anything in my life.

Congratulations! You have the answer, enjoy!

These are great numbers! Congratulations!

I have been on this way of eating for 10 months and have experienced similar, though not yet as good, numbers as you have. I am encouraged by your example. Posts such as yours make me confident I have better things to look forward to in coming years.

Thanks for sharing.
