My last cholesterol screening in March 2012:

TC: 213 HDL: 29 LDL: 147 FB: 98 TRI: 187. :(

My current cholesterol screening as of today eating entirely plant based...MWL style...ready?

TC: 151!!! HDL: 27 LDL: 101! TRI: 114! FB: 103

Now this is after just 35 days!!

I can't even express how absolutely ecstatic I am!!

That is awesome. I am still blown away by how quickly people get and see results from this simple change.

Well done.

It is crazy. I went from a total cholesterol of 152 to 107 in 15 days. I was tested in September and again in October after only being on the diet for 15 days.
