My Head Is Shrinking!!!

Before eating vegan I did not have a swollen face or head. After eating vegan for a while, even though I am not losing weight and am at 23% body fat, my head and face started feeling smaller in my hands.
In fact my entire body started feeling smaller and lighter. I am moving faster and easier and can reach parts of my back I haven’t reached in almost 20 years. I always thought my body fat was stopping me from reaching those areas of my back, but I can reach those areas now even though I still have the fat. My shoulders and other joints move more easily and have increased range of motion.
As for my shrinking head; I think it is because my wrist and fingers are moving more easily with less pain and I have less numbness that I didn’t even realize I had. So what I am really feeling is not my head shrinking but an improvement in my sense of touch in my hands and fingers.
