Wow! Everyone looks amazing! I didn't lose any significant amount of weight McDougalling... only 15 pounds. And I don't have a "before" picture, but I DO want to share a great pic of my husband and me. We are both enjoying excellent health as a result of our diet change. (He will still occasionally eat a SAD meal, but only when we go to a restaurant.)
I am fiercely loyal to the McDougall diet because I have reaped so many non-weight-related benefits! (such as no overactive bladder issues, no adult acne, no PMS or monthly cramping, a better overall disposition in life, no insane food cravings, higher sense of self worth and self control, higher energy, better sleep, excellent "numbers" for all major blood test and other routine health markers.... etc!
