The big tip off that you feel better about yourself is the posture. The first shot you look like you're trying to make yourself appear "small" in a "please don't pick me I didn't do my homework" schoolboy kind of way. Very impressive difference!

You look fantastic, John! Just incredible the difference 100 days can make, eh? Even your elbows look thinner! Congrats and keep it up!!

It is odd what gets thinner. I had to take out a section of my watch and get a smaller wedding ring. I still have plenty of gut and flab on my legs.

I know what you mean--I had a pair of shoes that were too tight, that finally fit me after I'd lost about 75 lbs, and yet my gut is still a bit in my way. But hey! It's all much less stuff to be hauling up the stairs every day!

I feel great. I sleep good. I wake up in a good mood. I do not drink any caffeine and have plenty of energy. I have not been hungry or felt deprived.

Today I am wearing a dress shirt that is XL and it is plenty loose.

Wonderful! I'm going to show this to my husband. He wants more than just my opinion on the diet, lol.
