Down 94 lbs in 33 weeks

Postby km23 » Tue Oct 30, 2012 3:09 pm

Hi, I keep neglecting to share, because things have been a little hectic in my life, but I have still stayed on track with the eating and I am now down 94 lbs since starting MWL in March. That means I am down 104.6 lbs since my highest (known) weight, which was about a year ago. As I have said before it has been really easy for me. I feel better in so many ways and I feel balanced about what it will take to take the rest off and keep it off for life. And I look f#c*@&$ GOOD! :D 8)

It is great to know that even when life is hectic, one can stay on program. Awesome weight loss.

Thanks, everyone! I posted this post also on the MWL board, and photos (proof?) were requested, so I put this together.

Ok, here is a before (below - me on the right, obviously), and a mediocre picture from this morning (the shirt is a little big for me, so not the most flattering in terms of weight loss): http://changes23.blogspot.com/

Thanks again, everyone! I guess I'll update that page and repost the link every 15 lbs or so.

That is so awesome and you have inspired me! I am new to this board and my goal is to lose 100 lbs. I am beginning to feel side effects of being obese and have reached the point where I'm scared and imaging all kinds of horrible side effects to diabetes!!

Thanks for posting your success!
