To be honest I really wanted to get to 220#, once there I got to 200# and said I wonder if I could ever hit 180#, then I said screw I will end up where my body wants me to be. I eat as much as I want (the good stuff) and only till I am full and not stuffed. When I was loosing the most it was 15-20# a month. Now it has slowed down to about 1# a week wich is fine. I will say that my activity has increased a ton, I started by walking and now run 4 days a week and bike or swim 3 days. I started out slow and walked for 15 minutes and built up from there. I was loosing a lot by just walking for an hour a day but wanted to see if I could run and now I run 90minutes 3 days a week about 8 miles a day and on the weekend I do a long run of between 10 and 25 miles.

Who knew but I love eating veggies and running.

Wow! This is great blood work!
Your story is yet another proof that this WOE works and fast. Not difficult to follow either if you are determined.
