You look tickled, too, and I love that bit in there about taking from January until May to shed the last 20 lbs...it is all a matter of just keeping going, isn't it? (she says, having lost one lb in six weeks, four of them following MWL)

so, I love the picture and your glowing healthy face says it all!

175lbs lost - that's such a massive inspiration, when I get to target weight, that's what I'll have lost and seeing your photgraph reinforces just how much it's worth it. You look great. Congratulations.

You look great! You are one of my inspirations for getting back to eating in a healthy way. Not only the weight loss, but the asthma. I developed asthma about 4 years ago, and it wasn't bad at all when I ate well. But these last few months it has gotten worse and worse (as my eating worsened...), and my FEV1's were horrid. Now that I'm eating better, they are already improving and I'm breathing better. Definitely quite the incentive!
