that is so great! Looking forward to getting that one when it comes out.
Now in the meantime I have to gain some weight...losing too much. I am 5'5" and 105 lbs but in this heat i haven't had much of an appetite!

wow, that would be a perfect opportunity to 1) drink a calorie or two and 2) eat a bagel....both things I have to control!

Yes, in Dr's talk about Diet, Drugs and Diabetes; he showed your pictures, ETeSelle, and said that for those who take me seriously you can expect to see these results, and he showed your before and after pictures. He proceeded to show several others who's succeeded and became healthy, also.

Would love to take some of yours! Just not hungry now in the heat. Will eat more when it cools down. Just had a replacement airconditioner installed today.

It's my ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY!

One year ago today I reached my initial weight loss goal of 140 pounds! As it turned out, I still had more to lose (more than 20 more pounds) but I thought I should mark this day as my initial anniversary b/c 140 was the goal I set myself when I started out at 207.

Still feeling great (better than ever, in fact!) and still VERY grateful to Dr. McD and this great forum. Thanks everyone!
