Just saw your pictures-Wow, what a difference-Congratulations. Every time I see people on those scooters at the store I wish I could tell them about McDougall and people like you and Letha who have taken charge of your health and just said NO to the medical establishment with their pills, potions, lies and misinformation. Looking forward to seeing your next set of pics :-)

Hi Kirk:
I am a newbie and reading some of the success stories today to know what results people are getting. It's all good and yours is so inspiring. I sure hope you are immensely proud of yourself and that that 300 number shows up soon on your scale. I just got this from a friend in an email yesterday, you may have heard it before, but perhaps it will make you chuckle again anyway. He said: "Good for you going vegan, but I never could- I just don't want to give up my quality of life!"

Hi all! I live in Adelaide, South Australia and I am about to start on the diet. I have been vegan for 2 months now but have found I have gained weight. It's not much, and I don't have much to lose, but your story inspired me so much! I can't wait to see further progress posts!
