Way to go on not giving up, and figuring out that Health is the main objective. Sorry to hear about the leg still. At least you are doing something about the situation.

Keep on going and do check in time to time.

And here I was this morning, at 374 lbs., before we went by bus to pick up my wife's computer from the service shop.

That part made me smile. Such a life change.

Thank you for posting this. It helps us all keep motivated!

Congratulations!

Completely inspiring, Kirk. Thank you so much for sharing your story with us. You are looking so distinguished now. I know how much you have enjoyed exercise in the past and I hope with you that it will be easier to exercise this year.

It is just great to know that this can be done. I know it isn't easy but the message so many are getting is that it is impossible and that surgery is the only option. Thank you.

WOW!!!!

Congratulations Kirk :D

Your photos are dramatic and you can really see a difference in your present photo!!

I too had a bad case of plantar fascitits that lasted 6 months - so I feel your pain on that one - it's awful.

I'm so glad that you are regaining your health and that you shared your story here with all of us! THANK YOU!!!

Thanks for posting that, and the graph too. That graph really shows the progression of your weight loss. The weight is really taking a nosedive. Great work, you are really walking the walk.
