1 month on maximum weight loss

Postby Glitzy » Wed Feb 22, 2017 1:22 pm

I started my journey back to health on January 23rd 2017. So far I have lost 17 lbs. and I am on four medications foe high blood pressure. Normally it would run 140-150 over 85-90 but now it averages 110/70 so my next dr visit I will request to start unlayering the mess. I have energy and feel great also all my cravings are gone . I am so excited with my new lifestyle. Some history on me is I have been on some sort of diet since I was 9 years old! I was tired of no success and looking at food as calories fat and I shouldn't eat much. So I can truly say I have been released from that prison. I'm also excited about going to the HealthFest in Marshall Texas and meeting dr. Mcdougall personally!

This is great!
Big improvement in just 4 weeks! You have only more good things to look forward to as you stay the course.

That is incredible! What a great story! I am losing a bit slower, but as long as the numbers are going down, and I feel great, I am happy. Congrats to you! :-D
