I have been doing the starch solution for last 3 weeks. I lose an average of 2- 3 lbs per week.
I feel very full and satisfied on the program.
I use recipes from the book and other Mcdougall books, plans and website.
I use some processed foods like breads, pastas etc.
The Maximum weight loss program is a lot stricter.
Can we joint this maximum group and do the starch program while eating some bread etc as long as we steer clear of. Dairy, meat, oils and fats?

Thanks for asking.

We ask those who want to participant in the MWL weekly weigh-ins, to follow the MWL program. This way, there is one message, one approach and no confusion.

However, if you like, you are welcome to start a journal in the journal section and post there each week, day or how ever often you want about your journey.
