I’d love to join this challenge. I eat a vegan diet, but eat too much processed foods. I need to lose about 60 pounds to be at a healthy weight.

Hi! I have been vegan for quite a while but my weight has crept up. I am ready to focus on whole-food plant-based foods and believe that MWL guidelines will help me. I have indulged in higher fat plant foods and vegan processed foods and have realized I really need to eliminate those.

Good Morning Everyone,

I am excited to join this group. I been trying to loose weight for a long time. Pounds go off then come back up. Looking forward to be healthier.

Time to get back on the right path. :!: I went vegan for health, lost 80 pounds, which helped the health issues a lot. I got off the type 2 diabetes drugs that my doctor said I would be on for life. No thanks! Then the weight started creeping back up again during SIP, and I ate meat and dairy again. So hard to give it up completely, but I know that's the smart thing to do. I definitely have willpower issues!

Hi! I would really like to join this group/challenge. I've been mostly following MWL for a month, but it's time to buckle down and really do it. I've lost 10 pounds so far since I started on May 25th.

I would like to join the group! Before March I had lost 10 pounds following this plan. With grocery stores being cleared of my staples, I fell back and gained it all. I am ready to re-commit to this program.

I’m a fat vegan who loves snacking. I’m not sure about having soup or salad for breakfast.

I've been a vegan for 2 years and try not to eat any oil. My downfall is bread and 90% chocolate. I just got out of hospital and my triglycerides are something crazy like 300 and I am absolutely gutted (I weight 63kg (about 138lbs). Surely bread cant be doing this to me?

I've never really lost lots of weight on a vegan diet. Anyway, here I am, wondering if I can cope with potatoes in the hot weather...!!

I have been following MWL since Feb. 2020. It has been a great way to get through the stress of this pandemic. I have lost a good deal of weight but have much more to go. I am excited to have the support and knowledge of this group and am working hard to make this new behavior a constant behavior for LIFE. I'm in!!! Thanks

I'm in! I have been doing this eating plan, but need to "spartan" it down. Too many bread and refined foods. Looking to lose 100# over next year. Lost 50 and kept it off trough gastric banding (don't recommend). I can do this! :)
