Nutritional Yeast Free Cheese Sauce?

Is there a MWL friendly cheese sauce recipe that doesn’t have nooch? I’m trying to avoid it since my husband has Crohns. Preferably one with cauliflower, if possible.

I believe I saw a recipe once that used miso instead of nutritional yeast. I wil see if I can find it.
